I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Strat. While I enjoyed the newly-renovated room and appreciated the friendly concierge service that helped me when my plans changed, the check-in process was chaotic and the surrounding area felt unsafe at times. The room noise and the quirky ambiance made it harder to relax.

Rooms
6.0
My room was newly renovated which was a plus, but facing the outdoor air conditioning units was quite annoying. Plus, I found it odd that I was charged for an upgrade to get a room with better amenities. Some areas need more attention to detail, especially cleanliness.
Service
8.0
I really appreciated the attentive and friendly service from the concierge staff, who went above and beyond to help me navigate my vacation after a canceled tour. However, the overall responsiveness during my check-in experience could improve.
Location
5.0
While the hotel's location was convenient for tour pickups, I found the area to be a bit rough, with homeless individuals nearby. It was definitely a trek to the main strip and felt unsafe to walk after dark.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the variety of dining options available, which were reasonably priced compared to other spots on the Strip. The dining experience at Top of the World offered stunning views, enhancing my meal significantly.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has impressive facilities with a large pool area and exciting thrill rides that I enjoyed. The elevator service was quick, which I really appreciated given the hotel's height.

My stay at The Strat was a mixed bag. While I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of my room, I encountered some issues like outdated shower facilities and a non-working TV. On a positive note, the pool area was luxurious and the discounts for attractions like the Skypod made the overall experience quite enjoyable. However, the additional resort fee came as a surprise and shouldn't be overlooked! 🌟

Rooms
8.0
The Select tower double queen room was spacious and offered a nice view, though the shower needed updates and the TV wasn't functional during my stay.
Service
6.0
The check-in process was efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating, although I did experience a delay in getting assistance during a noisy disturbance outside my room.
Location
7.0
While The Strat is located at the far end of the Strip, I found it manageable since there was a bus stop right in front, making it easy to get around.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were quite varied, and I appreciated the affordable choices available. However, some food experiences were less favorable and I ended up eating outside the hotel more often.
Facilities
7.0
The large pool area was a definite highlight, complete with a luxurious atmosphere, but some areas of the hotel felt outdated and could benefit from renovation.

My stay at The Strat Hotel was a mixed experience. While the hotel offered great value for money with spacious rooms and beautiful views, I encountered some cleanliness issues that really impacted my comfort. The pool area was a highlight, though the dining options were limited due to some closures. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff and amenities but wish the upkeep were better.

Rooms
6.0
The Select tower double queen room was spacious with a nice view. However, I found the carpet outdated and the shower needed updates. There was also a TV malfunction during my stay, but it wasn't a major issue since I didn't spend much time in the room.
Service
7.0
The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my experience smoother. However, I did encounter some issues during check-in and with the ongoing solicitations from staff that were quite bothersome.
Location
6.0
While the hotel is at the far end of the Strip, I found it convenient because there was a bus stop right in front. It was a bit of a trek to the center of the Strip, which was less than ideal.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited because of some facilities being closed during my stay. However, the food at the Strat Cafe was decent, though I was disappointed about the lack of gluten-free options.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was really nice and added a posh vibe to my stay. I enjoyed the complimentary access and the atmosphere created by the DJ. However, I noted some cleanliness issues, particularly in shared spaces like elevators.

6.2/10

I had an enjoyable stay at The Strat overall, although there were some bumps along the way. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the views from the observation deck. but I did encounter issues with noise from adjoining rooms and some confusion during check-in. The various dining options were impressive, but some experiences were hit-or-miss. All in all, it was a solid choice for my visit to Vegas.

Rooms
7.0
My room was nice, with a comfortable setup. but the paper-thin walls made it difficult to avoid noise from neighbors.
Service
7.0
Staff interactions were generally positive. yet, I found the check-in process somewhat frustrating with the kiosk not working well.
Location
6.0
The Strat's location was fine, though being at the far end of the Strip can be inconvenient. especially if you're looking to explore downtown easily.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the variety of dining options. but some meals fell short of expectations, while others were truly delicious.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities offered many activities and a great pool area. although I was disappointed by one of the pools being closed during my stay.

My stay at The Strat Hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the friendly staff and the affordable rooms, I encountered several downsides, including issues with cleanliness and room conditions that took away from my experience. Overall, it felt like a budget option with some perks, but there were definitely areas needing improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in showed signs of neglect, including a musty smell and outdated furnishings. I initially had to deal with a room that had garbage left from previous guests, which was incredibly off-putting.
Service
5.0
While the staff was generally friendly, they struggled to effectively resolve issues I faced. I was caught in a frustrating loop when trying to address my concerns, and it left a bad impression.
Location
5.0
The Strat is located pretty far from the main attractions, which meant I had to rely on taxis or public transport to get around. It was a bit inconvenient for exploring.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options quite limited and not very impressive. The food variety didn't meet my expectations, and I was hoping for a better selection during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some interesting features, like a large pool area and entertainment options, but I felt disappointed by the state of the facilities. Some areas were crowded and not well maintained.
